These virtual groups are opportunities to meet and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges related to the topic. These groups will be facilitated by a professional and will often include the introduction of an activity or opportunity to develop a new tool or strategy to navigate the specific challenges attendees are facing. While we fully recognize and appreciate that all feelings are valid, the goal of these groups is to support one another and feel empowered to go back into the world.
