Exploring Identity
Rediscover who you are beyond your diagnosis
Available spots
Service Description
This 6-week group explores how chronic illness impacts identity, self-perception, and sense of purpose. Participants will have space to reflect on who they were before illness, process changes and losses, and begin redefining who they are in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical coping tools, the group addresses themes such as grief, internalized beliefs, values, relationships, and self-acceptance. The goal is to support participants in developing a more integrated and compassionate sense of self that acknowledges both the challenges of chronic illness and the strengths that emerge alongside it.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration within 48 hours of the first scheduled session to receive a full refund. After this 48-hour period, refunds will no longer be issued. While the group is designed as a 6-week series, participants are not required to attend all sessions. However, no partial refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions. To support continued engagement, presentation slides and materials will be made available to all registered participants following each session. Please note that sessions will not be recorded. This policy is in place to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all group members. By registering for this group, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
